Part CM031010 is the handle assembly for the Fuller Brush FB-P14PW and the Titan TC6000.2 and T4000.2, and it also covers the Carpet Pro CMP3N and CPU3QD, the Clean Max CMPSQD, the Fuller Brush FBP_14PWBP and the Titan TC6000.
Everything you do to one of these machines goes through the handle: the push, the pull, the tilt at the end of every row, and the yank when the cord snags on a desk leg. Cracks start at the mounting boss where all of that load concentrates. Once it is loose the machine wanders instead of tracking straight, and a handle that has broken through will not hold the machine up at all.
The assembly replaces the original as a unit. Check the cord routing and any switch wiring against the old handle as it comes off.
