White Trim Plate - Canplas Cansweep Sweep Inlet

Part 845621W is the white version of the Canplas CanSweep sweep inlet trim plate. White is the finish most installations end up wanting, since it disappears against a painted baseboard or a white toe-kick in a way the darker plates do not, and the plate covers the opening cut for the sweep inlet valve, adjusting so it sits flat against the surface even when the cut-out is not perfectly square, which on a retrofit into an existing kitchen it rarely is.

Replace yours when it has cracked, gone brittle, or yellowed away from the colour of the surrounding paintwork. It is a small, inexpensive part with a disproportionate effect on how a floor-level inlet looks, and it can be changed without touching the valve or the pipework behind it.
