Part 591019106 is the rear cover for the Titan T8000 bagless canister, the molded panel that closes the back of the machine body.
On a canister the outer shell is not just cosmetic. The body is a sealed volume between the dust container and the motor, and a cracked or badly seated panel lets the motor pull air straight through the gap instead of through the hose. The result is a vacuum that sounds as strong as ever while pickup at the floor falls away, and that is a frustrating fault to chase because the filter and bin both look fine.
If your T8000 has lost suction and you have already emptied the container, washed the filter and checked the hose for a blockage, look over the housing for cracks and missing sections. This cover fits the Titan T8000.
