This is the upper handle assembly for the Titan T4000.2 and TC6000.2 uprights, part C609-2000, the section you hold and steer the machine with, supplied as a complete assembly rather than a bare grip.
Handles crack at the joint where they meet the tube, and once there is any movement there the machine becomes vague to steer: the nozzle wanders and you push harder to keep it going where you want. Over a full day on a commercial upright that adds up. A cracked handle also tends to pinch, which is usually how it gets noticed.
Fitting the new assembly restores a solid connection between your hand and the machine. Check any wiring routed through the handle while it is apart, since that is the only time it is easy to get at.
