Part 8102-01 is the clear dirt receptacle for Titan TCS-8575 and TCS-5525 central vacuum units, the canister that clamps to the bottom of the power unit and holds everything the system collects.
Clear is the point of it. You can read the fill level from across the garage without unclipping anything, which is why these get emptied on time and opaque ones do not. Two things go wrong. Years of grit passing through leave the plastic cloudy, so the fill level disappears from view; or the rim cracks, which is the more serious of the two, because the seal at the rim is part of the sealed airway and a break there leaks air continuously and drops suction at every inlet in the house.
It fits both the TCS-8575 and the TCS-5525. While the receptacle is off, check the rim seal and replace that too if it has gone hard.
