SEBO Exhaust Filter Cover for AIRBELT K3 — Pastel Blue

SEBO builds the AIRBELT K3 Premium in a run of body colours, and each one gets its own rear panel over the filter compartment. Pastel blue takes 6403CIER. Behind that panel sits the exhaust filter, and the moulding has one mechanical duty: press the media down onto its seat so every cubic foot leaving the motor is forced through it instead of past it.

Handling wears this component out. It is unclipped and re-clipped at every service, and after enough cycles a retaining lug loses grip or breaks away. The consequence is quiet rather than obvious. Nothing sounds different, suction is unchanged, but a share of the outgoing air now slips around the rim of the media and carries fine dust with it, so the owner blames the filter and buys another one. A simple test settles the argument: clip the panel on and let go of it. Holding itself flat and square without pressure means retention is intact. A corner that stands away from the shell, or a panel that rocks when pushed at one end, is finished no matter how sound the plastic looks.
