This is the 90 degree swivel elbow connector for ProTeam vacuums, part 101928WO, with a 1-1/2 inch fitting at each end. It sits between the hose cuff and the wand and lets the hose turn as you work instead of twisting itself into a knot behind you.
Elbows crack at the swivel, and once there is play in the joint the seal goes with it. The tell-tale is suction that changes as you move the wand, strong when the hose hangs one way and weak when it hangs another. People replace perfectly good hoses over this.
It fits ProTeam backpack and cordless machines using 1-1/2 inch fittings, including the Super Coach Pro 6 and Super Coach Pro 10, CoachVac and Super CoachVac, MegaVac, QuarterVac and Super QuarterVac, LineVacer, Sierra, Everest, AviationVac and the GoFree Flex Pro and Flex Pro II.
