A two-piece aluminum S-wand with a 1.5 inch fitting, part CM8463B, for the Perfect 6 quart and 10 quart backpack vacuums. The S bend is what makes a backpack comfortable to run, angling the tool away from your body so you are not stooping to keep the head flat on the floor.
Aluminum keeps the weight off your arm across a long shift, and splitting the wand into two sections means it comes apart for transport and lets you run a single section for close work on stairs or upholstery.
Wands get replaced when they bend, when a joint stops holding, or when the fitting has been forced on and off often enough that it no longer seats tightly. Check the cuff size on your hose before ordering, since this one takes a 1.5 inch connection.
