Part AC21HURZW03 is the lens cover for the Panasonic MV-V5716 Power-Wave — the clear panel that closes the opening in the housing over a light or indicator, letting it show through while keeping dust out.
Lenses are exposed by design, so they take the first hit when a machine goes over on its side or under furniture. They craze, cloud with fine scratches, or pop out of their moulded seat and disappear. None of that stops the vacuum working, but an open lens port lets grit into the housing, and a clouded one makes whatever is behind it hard to read.
Clear the recess of dust and any old adhesive so the new lens sits flush. A cover standing proud of the housing catches on furniture and will be the next one you lose.
