This is the 13-volt headlight bulb for the Kirby Generation 3, part 109292S. Kirby runs its lamp at low voltage off the motor circuit, so the bulb rating matters: fit something else and it will either burn dim or burn out quickly.
A dead headlight is the most common small fault on these machines and the easiest to put right. If the lamp has stopped working, the bulb is the first thing to check, well before anyone starts suspecting the wiring or the switch.
