These are the screws that hold the cord hooks onto a Kirby handle fork, part 174006S, supplied five to a pack. They fit the Sentria, the Avalir 2 and the Avalir Platinum.
Cord hook screws work loose over time, because the cord tugs at the hook every time it is wrapped and unwrapped. Once a screw backs out the hook wobbles, then rattles, and eventually the head strips or the screw disappears altogether, usually into a carpet and never seen again. A hook held by one screw does not hold a cord for long.
Five in a pack is enough to redo every hook position and leave spares in the toolbox, which is the honest reason to buy them: these are exactly the fasteners that go missing halfway through a repair you were doing for some other reason.
