The HydroRinse self-cleaning tool, Bissell part 1613828, flushes out the hose of a carpet cleaner after use. Solution and dirty water sit in that hose between cleans, and the residue is where the smell comes from, so the tool lets you run clean water through the whole path instead of hoping it dries out on its own.
Used at the end of every clean it also keeps the hose clear. Dried formula narrows the bore gradually, and a hose left to build up over a season will eventually block somewhere you cannot reach with anything else.
It fits the SpotClean ProHeat portables 5207F, 52069, 52071, 52072 and 52073, the Little Green ProHeat 5207G, 5207H, 5207M and 9749F, and a range of Bissell upright carpet cleaners. Finished in silver.
