Two Kenmore canister hoses look nearly identical, and the difference is a small bump on the machine-end cuff. This one has it. Part KC94PBZTZU03 is the six-foot three-prong electric hose, supplied complete with the handle.
It is the hose for the Kenmore 116.28614800, 116.28614801, 116.28614802 and 116.28614803, the 116.28615800 and 116.28615801, and the 116.58614800, 116.58614802 and 116.58615800.
Electric hoses fail in two ways. The air path splits or wears through near a cuff, and suction at the wand drops while the motor still sounds normal. Or the wiring inside breaks where the hose flexes most, and the power nozzle cuts in and out as you sweep, the classic sign being a brush roll that stops when you twist the handle. Look at the machine end of your old hose for the bump before ordering; without one, you need the no-bump version instead.
