The F24 is the dirt cup filter for the Royal EverClean bagless uprights, and part 2LT0360000 is the HEPA version. This one ships unpackaged and without the foam sleeve, so what you get is the filter element on its own.
On a bagless upright the dirt cup filter takes everything the cyclone fails to spin out, which is most of the fine dust. When it loads, suction drops away over a few minutes of use rather than all at once, and the exhaust starts carrying a dusty smell. Tapping it out buys a day; a HEPA element that has gone grey through the pleats needs replacing.
It fits the Royal EverClean 130000, 130100 and 130005. Six months is a reasonable interval, sooner if the machine is working through construction dust or heavy pet hair.
