The HEPA filter for NSS Pacer commercial uprights, part 9690051. It fits the Pacer 12 and 112 UE and the Pacer 15 and 115 UE.
These machines run in schools, offices and hospitals, where the exhaust is the whole point: the filter is what stops the dust the vacuum has just collected from being pushed straight back out into a room full of people. HEPA media catches the fine fraction a bag alone lets through, and it does that by holding on to it - which means the filter loads, and airflow through the machine drops as it does.
A Pacer that has lost suction with a fresh bag fitted has almost always got a loaded HEPA filter behind it. Check it on a schedule rather than waiting for someone to complain, because the machine gives very little warning before it stops performing.
