Part B123-1300 is the pivot sleeve from the Fuller Brush FB-MMPW upright, the bushing at the joint where the handle and body swing against the nozzle. It is shared right across the commercial range: Carpet Pro CMP3N, CMP3QD, CMP3T, CPU1QD, CPU2T, CPU3N, CPU3QD, CPU4N and CPU4T, Fuller Brush FBMMPWCF4, FBPHD2T and FBP-14PWBP, the Maytag M700, and Titan T4000, T4000.2, TC6000 and TC6000.2.
The sleeve is what keeps that pivot tight. As it wears, the handle develops side-to-side play, the machine feels vague to steer, and there is often a knock at the joint each time you change direction. Left long enough the slop transfers into the housing around it, which is a much bigger repair.
Replacing the sleeve is the cheap end of that job. Do both sides if the machine has years on it, since they wear at the same rate.
