Extension hose, part D434-1114, for Titan and Fuller Brush uprights, listed in our fitment data as the Titan 1130. It joins onto the machine's own attachment hose to add length, which is what makes a full flight of stairs or the far corner under a bed reachable without stopping to move the vacuum.
The extra length is also the extra risk. Every joint is somewhere air can escape, and an extension that has split or lost its grip at either cuff quietly bleeds suction, so the tool at the end goes weak and it is easy to blame the machine rather than the hose in between.
Push both ends fully home before you start, and store it loosely coiled rather than folded, because hoses kinked in the same spot crack there first.
