This is the switch replacement kit for a ProTeam backpack electric hose, part 106413. It supplies the on/off switch together with its circuit board and the power cord, which is what makes it a kit rather than a switch: on these hoses the switch, board and cord fail as a group and are replaced as one.
The fault is easy to recognise. The power nozzle will not start from the hose handle, or it flickers on and off as the handle is gripped and released, while the vacuum itself runs perfectly normally.
Fit it with the machine unplugged and the hose off the vacuum, and note how the cord routes through the handle before opening it. Compare your existing hose switch assembly against this kit before ordering, since ProTeam used more than one style of hose switch.
