Clean Max Lens - Headlight - Riccar RSL1A

Part B018-0415 is the headlight lens used on the Riccar RSL1A and on the Riccar and Simplicity R10E, R10P and R10S, as well as the Clean Max ZM800. It caps the lamp at the front of the nozzle, aims the beam down onto the floor and keeps dust off the bulb.

The lens is the part of the light that gets hit. Push the machine under a bed frame or into a chair leg often enough and it scuffs, then crazes, then cracks; bulb heat yellows it in the meantime. Owners usually assume the bulb is failing, because the pool of light in front of the nozzle has gone dim and diffuse.

Swapping the lens is the cheaper half of that diagnosis and often the whole fix. Fit a clear one and the headlight goes back to showing crumbs and pet hair along baseboards.
