The charger for Bissell's SpotLifter 2X cordless spot cleaner, part 1602178. It plugs into the unit's charging socket and is the only way the internal battery gets topped up.
When a SpotLifter stops working, the charger is the more likely half of the problem. Cords fatigue at the strain relief and the transformer inside can fail long before a battery reaches the end of its cycles. No indicator at all with the unit plugged in, or a machine that runs for a minute after a full night on charge, both point here first.
It fits the SpotLifter 2X range built on the 1719 platform: 1719, 1719-B, 17191, 17192, 1719Q, 1719T, 1719Y and 1719Z. Try it on an outlet you know is live before condemning it, and wipe the charging contacts on the machine while you are there.
