The Carpet Pro SCBP-1 backpack uses this 50-foot, three-wire yellow cord, part 14.206, also carried as CP-30206. Fifty feet is what lets an operator cover a floor plate from a single outlet without stopping to re-plug.
A backpack cord takes a particular kind of abuse. It trails behind the operator all day, gets stood on, and is coiled and uncoiled at every job. High-visibility yellow keeps it out from under other people's feet, and the three-wire build keeps the machine grounded. Damage shows up as intermittent power, a warm plug, or a jacket split at the strain relief.
Any cord with exposed conductors should be taken out of service the same day rather than taped up. Unplug the machine before fitting the replacement, and compare the connector at the machine end against your old cord.
