This is the bottom plate wheel for the Titan T500 upright, part B370-1843, one of the small wheels mounted in the base plate under the nozzle that carry the front of the machine across the floor. The same wheel is listed for the Maytag M500, the Carpet Pro CP-ULW and ZM-400, the Clean Max ZM800 and the Fuller Brush FB-SM.
Base wheels wear flat, seize on their axles, or lose a chunk after being run over a threshold one too many times. The machine then pushes hard, drags at one corner, and can start leaving marks on hardwood or laminate. A seized wheel is the worse case, because it stops rolling entirely and begins to scuff.
Clear the hair and thread from the axle when you fit the new one, since that is what kills the next wheel.
