The brush roll on these commercial uprights turns in a bearing at each end, and each bearing sits in a holder that locates it in the nozzle housing. Part C012-1500 is that holder, listed for the Fuller Brush FBP-14PW and across the Carpet Pro CPU and CMP ranges, the Clean Max CMPSQD, the Maytag M700 and the Titan T4000, T4000.2, TC6000 and TC6000.2.
A cracked or worn holder lets one end of the brush roll drop. The roller then runs out of true, which you hear first as a rumble or a knock and see later as a strip of carpet that is not being agitated and a belt that keeps tracking off to one side.
Fit new holders in pairs where both ends have worn, or the brush roll will simply lean the other way.
