The motor for the Titan TC6000.2 commercial upright, part C625-0103. It also fits the Carpet Pro CMP3N, CMP3QD and CMP3T.
Commercial uprights run for hours a day and the motor is the component that shows it. A burning or electrical smell, grinding or a rising whine, power that drops out mid-pass, or a machine that will not start at all: those are the signs, and a new bag or belt will not touch any of them.
On a machine of this class, fitting a new motor is the sensible economics. The chassis, nozzle and brush roll on a well-kept commercial upright will outlast several motors, and a replacement gets the machine back into the rotation for a fraction of what a new one costs. Rule out a blocked airway and a saturated filter first, because both can make a healthy motor sound like a dying one.
