A 30 foot power cord, part C283-0012, in 17 gauge two-conductor, for the Carpet Pro CP250 upright. The same cord is listed for the Titan T3200, the Carpet Pro CPU250, the Fuller Brush FB-JFM and FBEZM, and the Riccar and Simplicity S20EZM and S20PET.
Cords fail from the outside in. The jacket splits where the machine has run over it, the entry end goes stiff and cracks, and copper starts breaking strand by strand until the vacuum cuts out whenever the cord is nudged. Any cord showing exposed conductor should come out of service the same day, since this is the one fault on a vacuum with real shock and fire risk behind it.
Unplug the machine before you start, and fit the full length rather than splicing what is left of the old one.
