This is the buckle set for the Titan T750 backpack vacuum, part 24-A, listed for the Titan 7838. It replaces the clip fasteners that hold the machine on the operator's back.
Buckles on a backpack machine are consumables in everything but name. They are clipped and unclipped dozens of times a shift, dropped on hard floors, and left in a cold van overnight, and eventually a clip goes brittle and snaps or a latch stops holding under load. A harness that will not stay cinched is more than uncomfortable, because the weight shifts as you work and the machine ends up hanging off the hose.
Fitting the set is a straightforward swap and puts the harness back to full security. Crews running T750s tend to keep a spare set on the shelf, since one broken clip otherwise takes a good machine out of service.
