One cracked buckle is enough to take a backpack vacuum out of service, and replacing the buckle costs a fraction of replacing the harness. Part B352-6700B is the harness strap buckle for the Carpet Pro SCBP1 and the Eureka SC412 backpack.
Buckles break at the release tab or at the slot where the webbing threads through. The usual sign is a harness that will not stay cinched: you set the strap, start working, and ten minutes later the machine has slid down your back and the wand angle is all wrong. Some break outright and leave you knotting webbing to finish the shift.
The replacement threads onto the existing strap, so the harness stays in service and the full adjustment range comes back exactly as it was.
