Bosch Type G Paper Bags - Compact Canister, 4-Pack

These are Bosch Type G dust bags, part 17003048, supplied four to a pack. They fit the Compact Series canisters, the BSA2100UC, BSA2200UC and BSA2222UC, along with the BSG81360UC, and they replace the bag previously sold as BBZ51AFG2U.

The bag is the primary filter in a canister vacuum, not merely a container. These use an electrostatic microliner rated at 99.9% filtration, which holds onto pollen, spores, dust mite debris and other fine particles a plain paper bag would pass straight through to the motor.

Change the bag at around two-thirds full rather than waiting for it to be packed solid. A full bag chokes airflow long before it looks stuffed, and the motor labours against the restriction. Running a canister on an overfull bag is the most common self-inflicted cause of a tired-sounding vacuum.
