Bissell part 1611130 is one of the geared belts in the drive train of the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro upright carpet cleaners. These machines run a set of belts rather than a single one, and this number is sold alongside 1611129 and 1606428 as that set, so the part number rather than the look of the belt is what tells you which one you are holding.
Failure is abrupt. The machine sounds normal, still sprays and still recovers water, and one function simply stops. Teeth strip rather than the belt stretching, so there is rarely much warning beyond a tick or a squeal shortly before.
It covers the 1964, 1986, 1986C, 2007 and 3586. If the machine is coming apart anyway, replace the other belts at the same time; they have all done identical hours.
