A bare floor tool for the Bissell QuickSteamer family, part 2035547. It attaches straight to the hose or wand with no adapter and gives a wide, gentle head for hard surfaces, where a carpet nozzle would be too aggressive.
The point of a dedicated bare floor tool is contact without scrubbing: it draws dust and grit off a smooth surface cleanly, rather than flicking it forward the way an agitating head does. Owners usually order one either because the original was lost, or because the sole has worn so the tool now skates and chatters instead of sitting flat.
It fits the 1770, 1970, 2080 and 2090, and the 76R9 and 79R9C.
