Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Discontinued by Bissell — limited remaining stock. This genuine OEM access plate is available from our remaining inventory. Once our stock is sold, we cannot reorder it from the manufacturer.

Replace a cracked, damaged or missing bottom plate on your compatible Bissell Lift-Off bagless upright vacuum. Part 203-6620 (2036620) is the access plate on the underside of the cleaning head, also called a bottom plate or soleplate. Match the part number and your vacuum model before ordering.

Compatible Bissell Lift-Off models

Bissell’s service parts diagram identifies this access plate for the following models:

  • 3750 family: 3750, 37501, 3750H, 3750M, 3750T, 3750Z
  • 6595 family: 6595, 65951, 6595J, 6595P
  • 6801 family: 6801, 68013
