SEBO Axle for the Dust Bag Lever - 300 and 350 MECHANICAL

Every lever needs something to turn on. Part 50123ER is the axle the dust bag lever pivots around on the SEBO 300 MECHANICAL and 350 MECHANICAL, a small pin carrying a control that gets used at every bag change for the working life of the machine.

Wear here comes on gradually rather than as a clean failure. The bore opens up, the pin slackens, and the lever begins to sit crooked or move with more slop than it should, until eventually it will not hold its latched position at all. Operators describe it as the lever feeling sloppy or the bag not staying put, and the lever gets blamed and replaced while the worn pin underneath it goes back in. The axle costs a fraction of the parts it carries, so renewing both while the mechanism is open is the sensible order of work.

Filter bags for these uprights are ordered as 5093AM, and the pre-motor filter behind safety catch 50205ER is stocked as 5036AM, 5425AM or 5812ER.
